- Race 8 - Kranji B Stakes - $95 000.00 - 1400 meters (Long course) - Turf (Yielding) ------- FAIRY TALE raced closer to the pace today, and engaged in a duelling battle with TOM HIGGS in the home straight. Both horses fought to the line and FARIY TALE got up to win by a nose. Congratulations to his owner, John Kee.

- Race 3 - Class 5 - S$35 000.00 - 1600 meters (Long course) - Turf (Yielding) ------- SHINING STAR came from back in the field to fight out the finish with Cactus Jack. The course Judge could not separate them on the line, and declared a dead heat for them both to win. Congratulations to Paul Pang and the Classican Stable.

- Race 4 - Open Benchmark 81 - S$58 000.00 - 1400 meters (Short course) - Turf (Good) ------- FAIRY TALE settled well in the early part his race, and ran home a convincing winner, in a good time of 1 minute 23.3 seconds. This win marked a return to form for Fairy Tale (four year old), showing the form of his earlier three year old career. Congratulations to his owner, John Kee.
